The Nikayla Gyles Foundation is a nonprofit, 501(c) (3) organization dedicated to empowering youth who aspire to become entrepreneurs by providing them with the tools, resources, and mentorship necessary to transform their ideas into action. Through targeted support programs, educational workshops, and community partnerships, the foundation fosters personal growth, leadership development, and a mindset of innovation—nurturing the next generation of changemakers.​

 

Founded by Nicole Gyles-Fullwood and Nicollette Gyles, the foundation is driven by a shared vision: to provide underrepresented and ambitious young people with the resources, mentorship, and confidence to bring their business ideas to life.
